Bench Testing
Begin with as little as 100 grams of material to provide preliminary insights and develop a plan for pilot testing. This allows us to analyze its properties and create a preliminary testing plan before launching larger-scale tests.
Pilot Scale Testing
This stage provides a performance guarantee and allows you to witness a simulation of your process. We custom assemble each system to provide as much of a pilot-scale simulation as possible while gathering data for commercial scale-up.
Process Development & Design
We serve as your product development sandbox, where ingenuity, experience, and collaboration come together to create innovation. Our 25,000-square-foot facility brings your industrial process system to life, from initial concept to a fully operational system. We guarantee that the systems we develop and validate will perform as planned and scale successfully in a commercial setting.

We start with a feasibility study using as little as 100 grams of material to provide preliminary insights into the viability of a commercial process.
02 – Development
Based on the feasibility study, we begin the process development work, primarily through pilot-scale testing in our Process Development Center.
03 – Budget Evaluation
After a successful pilot simulation, we have everything we need to scale up and provide proposals for capital equipment with performance guarantees.
04 – System Design & Build
Each proprietary technology is custom-designed and built for each application. Your exact system takes shape, including auxiliary equipment and process flow diagrams.
05 – Commissioning
After delivery and installation, our team provides mechanical checks and system commissioning to bring your system online successfully.
06 – Support
Following commissioning, Bepex remains a reliable partner, providing quality OEM parts, immediate field service, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
