Business Systems and Continuous Improvement Manager

Minneapolis, MN, USA

Title: Business System and Continuous Improvement Manager

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000

Revision Date: June 2026

Read More and Apply Here

Summary:

This is not a traditional Quality Manager role focused on audits, compliance, or maintaining existing systems.

You will help redesign how Bepex operates from Sales through Delivery, building the business systems that allow the company to scale and grow.

The Business Systems & Continuous Improvement Manager at Bepex is responsible for improving how the business operates end‑to‑end, across Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Delivery. The role focuses on reducing friction, improving process flow, and building practical systems that enable consistent execution and better customer outcomes.

Bepex is a project-based business that designs process systems and subcontracts all manufacturing. As a result, success in this role requires a strong focus on cross-functional coordination, decision-making, and process clarity, not just production quality or inspection activities.

This role exists to build and evolve how Bepex operates, not simply document what already exists. You will help define and scale the systems that support company growth by reducing rework, improving communication, and strengthening accountability across the organization.

At Bepex, quality is not a compliance function, it is how we improve reliability, increase efficiency, and deliver consistent value to our customers. Strong processes enable our teams to collaborate more effectively, solve problems faster, and operate with greater confidence.

This role is best suited for someone who:

  • Thinks in systems across the full business, not within a single function
  • Prefers building practical solutions over applying predefined frameworks
  • Is motivated by improving how work gets done rather than simply measuring it

This role is likely not a fit for someone primarily focused on audits, compliance management, or maintaining existing quality systems.
