Often tied to our Mechanical & Operational Training program, our trained field service group will come to your facility and begin with an inspection of your Bepex components. These inspections often include the installation, installed environment, maintenance schedule and practices, and any other restraining variable that may impact reliability. Our visit will typically be preceded by a review and discussion around your current practices, consumed parts and typical life span of your components.

With this information, our field service group will provide recommendations for reliability improvements. Our goal is and always will be, supporting all of our customers in maximizing their uptime performance and eliminating unplanned downtime.

Program Overview

  • Bepex Field Service group visits your facility to inspect your Bepex products and their associated maintenance practices
  • Inspection includes the installed equipment, the environment surrounding the equipment, maintenance schedules and procedures, and any information specifically required based on the product(s)
  • Based on our inspection, Bepex will provide a detailed improvement plan aimed at increasing uptime performance and minimizing unplanned downtime
