The RI Disintegrator is an industrial inline wet grinder widely used for delumping pastes, slurries, liquids, resins, and solids in liquid suspension. It is designed for easy implementation into a pipeline with its compact footprint and ANSI inlet and outlet flanges. It is designed for both vacuum or pressure applications up to 150 PSIG, with typical flow rates up to 500 GPM. It is often installed in place of in-line strainers, ahead of process equipment utilizing fine-tipped nozzles.

Designed to be highly effective at delumping and/or mixing various slurries, pastes, liquids and resins. This inline grinder has a tramp discharge area at the bottom to separate foreign material or hard to grind fractions. This allows uninterrupted product flow while consistently removing undesirable materials from the primary process.

Common applications include accelerating dissolving of solids, de-agglomeration or delumping prior to spray dryers. Our inline disintegrator often replaces inline strainers as a means to eliminate lumps in pumpable materials, removing the risk of having strainers clog and require line maintenance and downtime.
