Expanded Process Development Center for Food, Chemical and Renewable Material Testing

Bepex International introduces an expanded Process Development Center for food, chemical and renewable material testing with additional food-grade bays and increased capacity for custom processing. “Our customers continue to demand this additional space and we will continue to invest in opportunities for growth in the food processing industry. We recently broke ground on a new building for continued expansion of our process development facilities,” says Mike White- Director of Agglomeration Technology.

With more than 25,000 square feet and multiple unit operations, Bepex offers a complete solution for new product development, and our decades of industry experience help to improve existing installations.

With just a small sample of feed material Bepex can perform bench scale evaluation at no cost. We have complete analytical capabilities to identify material properties and provide proven best practice recommendations unique to customer requirements.

Our process development center provides the opportunity to simulate processing systems before investing in capital equipment. We recognize the need to prove application feasibility, and we provide process guarantees for commercial production backed by tests done in our facilities.

With our increased capacity we can meet small scale production demands for custom processing applications and we offer a pilot scale system capable of processing up to 20 tons per day of product.

In addition to bench and pilot-scale testing, our ability to specify the best technology from our range of equipment systems sets our customers up to succeed with their investment.
