The purpose of this position is to search, identify and acquire business from new and existing clients globally.


    • Develop and execute individual sales plans to meet assigned quotas. Weekly review of sales plan performance with Director of Sales.
    • Qualify leads and timely response to the customer and follow-up on opportunities.
    • Continuous update of CRM (Salesforce) data: status of leads, opportunities, and trip reports.
    • Prospecting by; planning, identifying and calling on target customers to develop relationship that drive revenue growth.
    • Work with Aftermarket group to support spare parts sales activities and provide customer support.
    • Create and present technical presentations to customers.
    • Provide and document market intelligence and competitive insights.
    • Learn al technology and sales processes.
    • Accurately forecast projects.
    • Participate in trade shows.
    • Work with Marketing to define trade shows, opportunities, and target industries.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment/Travel Requirements

    • Office environment
    • Offsite vendor locations indoor and outdoor extreme heat/cold possible
    • Personal Protection equipment in lab or customer loation.
    • Up to 50% global travel required via vehicle and airplane


    • BA or BS degree in related field of study; Engineering degree preferred, Business Administration, or Marketing


    • Familiarity with industrial processing equipment preferred.
    • Minimum of 1 year Process Development experience required.
    • Minimum of 2 years Technical Sales experience in B2B desired.
    • Mechanical and process experience recommended.
    • Strong communication skills that clearly and effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
    • Experience with ERP software is beneficial to view daily business account trends and inventory levels.
