TEST FACILITIES FOR POLYMERS AND FOOD PRODUCTS

To meet the demand for higher quality in plastics, particularly food packaging products, Bepex International created PolyQuest®, a Polymer Development Center. The center tests thermal processing applications, agglomeration, and compaction for the polymer industry focusing on solid-state polymerization (SPP) of PET polymer. PolyQuest® provides multiple variations that allow to customize tests to specific requirements. An extensive analytical lab provides complete results for our thermal processing applications.

The Bepex International Food Processing Lab is an AIB rated facility where customers can test, develop or manufacture their products on a wide variety of equipment and systems. Available processes include: size reduction, agglomeration, compaction/granulation, mixing and blending, drying, desolventizing, stripping and thermal reactions. This lab is ideal for small-scale production for market testing and initial entry quantities.
