SIZE REDUCTION SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT

Bepex International offers a wide variety of size reduction equipment machinery from the ultra fine grinding Pulvocron® to the coarse grinding Rubber Chopper. The Bepex International size reduction equipment line is applicable to the food, chemical and mineral industries and each machine is tailored to the specific process. All of the following size reduction equipment is available for testing in the Bepex International Test Facility located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Rietz® Disintegrator RD Model This model is widely used for crushing tomatoes, citrus peel, copra, dried vegetables and spices, meat products and cannery wastes.	Pulvocron® The Pulvocron® is an air swept, combination pulverizer/classifier with on-line particle size adjustment. Known for its versatility, the Pulvocron® can pulverize in the medium-fine, fine and ultra-fine particle size ranges down to 10 micron top size with only minor adjustment. The Pulvocron® is also an effective flash dryer which simultaneously dries and mills wet feeds.
RP Model This model is used for final impact mixing and delumping of flour-shortening mixes, lumpy dried products and reactive slurries.
Extructor® The Extructor® is used for coarse size reduction in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.	Rubber Chopper The Rubber Chopper is used for natural and synthetic rubbers which are typically delivered to the end user in bale form. To lower dissolution time and enhance blending, the rubber bales are granulated using theRubber Chopper prior to entry into the dissolution tank. The Rubber Chopper's heavy duty design shreds the rubber bales in seconds using a combination of rotating cutting/conveying hammers and stationary anvils.
