S-PRESS
The S-Press is a horizontal continuous operation, screw press
that's designed for dewatering/dejuicing a wide range
of food and other products, including difficult-to-handle
materials. Materials that tend to pack or are otherwise considered
unpressable are frequently processed by this screw press. |
V-PRESS
The V-Press converging disc design applies high pressure
for maximum liquid removal from a variety of fibrous material.
The V-Press dewaters without modifying or degrading the material
itself. The amount of pressure applied and pinch point width
can be adjusted automatically to maintain consistent results,
even when materials vary.
Press discs swing open for easy cleaning and maintenance.
Other low maintenance features include automatic oil and grease
lubrication, and a reliable chain and sprocket drive system.

DRAINER
The Low-Pressure Belt/Roll Press for Gentle Food Dewatering
is a continuous loop, belt-and-drum design for pre-draining
and pressing very fragile food products. This sanitary particle processor
can remove up to 50% of water by weight, while eliminating
up to 15% of product loss due to cell damage when using a
screw press.
