Creamers are double-walled with 2" fiberglass insulation,
and are available in a variety of capacities to match your
food processing equipment and production requirements.
As the curd falls from the Curd Drainer, two creaming nozzles
(one on each side of the Creamer's intake port) bathe
the curd in a controlled spray of cream dressing. Inside the
Creamer, hydraulically-driven radial agitator blades revolve
at speeds from a bare crawl to a maximum 14 RPM, moving the
product from end to end for controlled, uniform blending.
Optional load-cell systems are available for maximum weight
accuracy and product accountability
