If your goal is transforming finely divided bulk solid material into a larger form, Bepex®
offers several options of agglomeration equipment. High-pressure roller compactors find use in situations where moisture or binders are not desirable. Either briquettes of uniform size and shape or granular materials are produced. Instantized mixing processes result in porous granules suitable for rapid dissolution. Extrusion results in medium density cylindrical pellets, which can be compacted to spheres if required.

Briquetting involves creating hard, dense briquettes to provide a convenient form to transport materials for further processing. Briquettes provide control of surface area and airflow for better combustion or reaction. The attractive form provides convenience for the final application.	This form of agglomeration, in which granules are produced by instant mixing, offers a dust free alternative to fine powders. Flowability and dispersibility are greatly enhanced. Accurate dosing is achieved. Consistent bulk densities allow for better package filling.	Low-pressure extrudates offer a dust-free alternative to powders. The case hardened pellets resist attrition in shipping and handling, yet go readily into solution. Extruded cylinders provide an intermediate form for controlled spheronization.
